How do you get there?
1.You must have the chat program mIRC32. Press here to download it free of charge.
2.Once you run the mIRC32 program do the following steps:

A.File=>Setup (enter you personal details:nickname, real name...)
B.Select the DALNET server and press on connect to IRC server!
C.Write in the Status window: /join #isoccer and press the Enter key.

In #isoccer we talk in hebrew (get the fonts!!!), although you technicly could chat in english.
The channel was established for one cause:It is a place where Israeli soccer fans from all over the country could say what they think about Israeli Soccer.

There are a few rules in #isoccer:
 1.You can't say anything that will offend any of the chatters.
2.You can't addvertise any other IRC channels.
3.You cant ask for ops. You can try,but trust us, you won't get one.
 

The punishment for braking one of those rules is kciking you out of #isoccer.
If you'll keep all the rules you will enjoy a great hot conversation about Israeli Soccer at it's best (or worst...).
