Hello!

latest revamp: 12 july 2002

this is my website. as simple as that.

i've chosen to change the structure a little. the focus will remain on my journal, unfortunately i haven't had the time to develop the other parts that i had wanted to.

the sections that remain:

  1. slsb - my online journal. it's been around for more than 3 years, though i've yet to come up with a nice organized way to archive my entries. most frequently updated.
  2. girl - everyone wants to know the person behind the words. so that's me.
  3. links - of course this isn't the only website around that's worth looking at. i'm such a surf addict myself. so surf away, you may be surprised at what you can find.

the sections that have died:

  1. geek - i like astrophysics, but it hasn't been my top priority to work on the astrophysics glossary.
  2. fight - i do believe i will eventually be working for HIV/AIDS related education, but this section is also underdeveloped. it contains some very good links to better developed websites, and a few GLBT related rants i had last year. but that's about it. i don't believe i will update anymore of it.
  3. pictures - i'm too lazy. i will admit it. no time for a specialized page for pictures. if you want to look for pictures, sometimes i put one or two up in my journal entries. or, the best place to look would be here where i have lovingly talked about my favorite people in the world - there're pictures there.

the color theme if fairly obvious, i do believe. there is a reason, such as this. you may also want to read this. the geek and fight pages have their own colors, they're quite separate from the rest of the website.

basically, this is done using Notepad, help from HTMLgoodies, most pictures from Art Today and the rest pretty much from my little stuffed up head. i don't even have any graphics program. minimal modifications to pictures done on Windows Photo Editor. i wish i'm less of a design-idiot. i wish i have adobe photoshop. but anyway i shall be contented with what i've done, i take pride in written content more than technical brilliance.

i rather like my last design too, my first serious attempt at more decent website designing. you can access it from here. [that will open a new window, by the way.]

you could only have come from the journal page...
