As mentioned in the previous Bulletin, I am posted in France for a period of one year. I reached here on 10^th April and have been able to prepare this Bulletin, thanks to my friends, the office bearers of AICCF who are helping me in making this publication-at-a-distance possible. Shri Meherhomji has taken on the burdensome task of arranging the printing and mailing of the Bulletin. Shri Dabholkar has taken on the responsibility of receiving the bulletin by email and preparing a CD copy for the printer. Dr. Alok Saxena is in regular touch conveying all information required and redirecting postal mail. Anil Anand as Games Editor has done an excellent job again despite his busy schedule. He reminds members that we should not only play high quality games, we should also send them for publication.
