Ballot papers will be sent to all the members and after duly casting their individual vote for all the seats (except uncontested seats) the same shall be returned to the Election Officer in a sealed envelope so as to reach him before 31 July 2005.

Notice is hereby given for the election of the Management Committee. The posts are: President (1post), Vice President (1post), Secretary-cum-Treasurer (1post), Bulletin Editor (1post), Members (3posts). The current AICCF Champion (S.K.Somani) is co-opted to the committee. All posts are honorary. A candidate has to be either a Donor or Life Member of AICCF. The nomination should be sent by post to the Election Officer in the following format:

It is possible to put in nominations for more than one post. Nominations should be posted to the Election Officer:
The last date by which nominations should reach the Election Officer is 15 May 2005. Scrutiny of the nominatins will be completed by 25 May 2005 and the concerned candidates will be informed accordingly. Last date for withdrawing nominations is 25 June 2005.
Those who want to receive the list of members’ addresses by post should send Rs. 50/- to Shri E.G.Meherehomji by MO/Draft/Mumbai Cheque in favour of “All India Correspondence Chess Federation”.
