LOU HOLTZ UNIVERSITY
MEDIA GUIDE

In 1999, Marc Watson took over ownership of Goldberg and changed the name to Lou Holtz University. This name stuck until a few games into the 2000 season when owner inactivity caused the program to be placed on a short probation period and ownership was given to current owner Randy Miller, who changed the team name to the current Pee Dee River University for the 2001 season.  Duff Beer carries the distinction of being the only CCFFL team to lose to both Goldberg and Lou Holtz University.
