Hello and welcome to the Upper Darby High School Drafting &
Design Web Site. In our continuing mission to provide the finest drafting
program in the area, we have developed this web site to act as a conduit
for alumni, students, parents, and the public at large to stay informed
about and connected with our program and each other. We offer courses in Basic Drafting & Design, CAD, Engineering Drafting & Design I & II, and Architecture I & II. The drafting program has been designed to foster solid fundamental drafting skills while adapting to the unique requirements of the student. We have a comprehensive program which spans the gambit from basic manual drafting up through 3D modeling and animation. We offer courses in two labs and service over 250 student a year. We are involved in outreach programs in the community including building design for the township, local and national engineering design competitions, FIRST robotics competition and the Boeing School-to-Work program to name a few. We are quite proud of the many honors, awards, and local recognition of our accomplishments but desire to continue to improve. 
Our strength is built on a supportive administration, committed students, caring faculty, and wonderful alumni who keep the program current and strong through post-graduation input. We rely on quality people and old-fashioned hard work to be successful. We hope you enjoy our site
