This is the community of Ferryland.  Obviously it is not a thriving metropolis.  The capitol city, St. John's which is about an hour drive north, has only about 100 thousand people.  This is another of those 100-150 people "villages" that have characterized life in Newfoundland for most of its existence.  <--Previous  Next-->  Index
