MOCKINGBIRD
LESSONS IN PATIENCE
Between congealing clouds, in shear good nature
the Sun spies out the new Spring leaf
trembling for joy, the skylark swerves
swooping down and up a study of reckless abandon
but always in perfect control, and occasionally a rare random note
breaks the somber silence
delightfully tinkling across the tops of green grass;
all of this, these miraculous ordinary things, as they exist
relaxed and reasonable –
create a chain of enigmas
that dangles from the neck of night,
and supersedes the order written by a tyrant
from far away; a solecism,
the cauterizing comet sojourns
when over the torn sky’s
gaping wound hurts;
here, inside
the indigent beggar
shares space with flies,
he has previously measured
the roads with minutes,
mapping each bump
with a jolt of pain
to his macerated body;
for the legible lamented fate
busily furrowing my face
must be suffered to its end,
and because, existing
on the periphery of poverty,
dying must be learned
in patience.
SACRED LOVE
Fool who tries to lift oneself up by their own boot straps.
Or, prepares a feast out of air, when their pantry is bare.
Place your burdens into the One’s hands who can handle all,
And never once regrets their inexhaustible loving care.
Your desire causes to wilt and die all the flowers it touches.
Its evil, - don’t take the corrupt gifts of the wicked.
Only accept something from someone worthy of being respected.
Only accept that which is offered in a spirit of sacred love.
JUST IN TIME
She lies in the Sun’s wind
deep in a sea of light
loved by the time of flowers.
Isolated among the living dead, the best,
you speak to me of the laughter of water;
and the voice of leaves;
your voice succors
the naked night, it provides solace
with soft joys and gleaming ardor.
Youth fooled us, its fleeting beauty disappears
transforming every form, and erasing every memory.
The accelerating rhythms strip and reveal to the nerves
reflecting the internal fires.
But, blossoming deep from with-in your blood,
In the just compassionate time,
we will joyously be reborn.
SEED OF TIME
Seed of time: splits open
pouring over me
its treasures, with ordinance words
that fall from my mouth
I target this never ending war,
Like imperishable shells, hard Truths, these words
Lamenting in dirges mankind’s sad, ironic fate.
Outside, trees wave
their leaves have become variegated green,
the sprinkler showered shrubs
shiver in sudden joy,
hidden in foliage birds
sing about the beauty we create,
as slender streams of sunlight
dance friendly at my feet.
I’ve been dead so long, and now strain to be alive.
Glory radiates from droplets poised
on the arched green sprouting canes
of my wife’s favorite roses,
they bristle with formidable thorns.
Clouds commute across the pale blue sky,
the World turns away.
Today,
in my chambers
I’ll not disappoint
my black gowned inquisitors;
or, mysteriously smile,
at the busily devouring city,
which comes to me
in the mocking wind.
THE LIGHT
(A Power
Surge)
God-Free-Daniel! Tonight, why I get it in my mind
to seek shelter from the storm, me, a spirit of no importance,
in the Victorian styled light of Mr. Munchausen’s.
I laugh to hear a sylvan sprite, drenched by the Spring shower,
buzz like a bumble-bee all over the lighted house, unable to find the
door
through which I entered.
Hoarse and chilled to the marrows of his bones he futilely beseeched me
To at least re-light the lamp in order for him to find his way.
Suddenly, the light bulb burst on the exterior house light, it exploded
by a power
surge, making street and traffic lights, stare like Oedipus’ eyes,
blind.
“Mary, Mother of God!” cried the born again Christian, fumbling
for her Gideon’s Bible that she stole from the hotel room. “May
Satan torture
you, subliminally driving you to the depths of depression and despair,
and cruelly tormenting you with anguish and pain, like you’ve done to
so many others,
contemporary hypocritical Pharisee,” I cried out, words erupting from
my mouth
in more fireworks than the Bicentennial 4th of July celebration.
Ah, poor me! I, who yet this morning competed in kindness
Mother Teresa, with acts of love and grace.
CAT’S EYES
See, the cat slink through the twilight;
tt hunts alone, absorbed in the pleasure of the
moment.
I look through your eyes, in shear delight,
and like mankind feel no lasting kindness, nor
faith, nor charity, and am content.
Now while I watch you unobserved at my leisure,
you intensely scour the undergrowth and disappear
into darkness,
and reflect how mysterious drained of color you seem
as though drowned and under water.
I think about my wife’s eyes – so gentle, so serious,
so full of life, like a cats they penetrate darkness
and observant, turn everything translucent and with a quick glance see
through people;
then, too, she has an insatiable curiosity
and adventuresome air that makes ordinary outings
exciting,
which her feline body, lithe and curvaceous, knows how to enjoy.
DREAMWEAVER
Higher than trees’ syntax soar
nesting clouds among the cryptic crown
where thorns bristle from dream transected slumbers –
barren blasphemies, triumvirate rebel Lords,
rule empty sleep on a bed of nails
and with vaporous covers of industrial exhalations –
across an abyss of stupid time
drift wisps of sandalwood,
and, words which flower free –
shadows stealthily
creep across concrete canyon walls,
now its harvest time
of scared, anxious flesh.
Cultural cleansing, contemporary Genocide,
gold chronicled terrorism;
propaganda that sanctifies perverse predation
and a bitter crop of self-serving lies.
While we exist in foxholes
and mourn Democracies’ smoldering ruins,
and observe our sacred Civil Rights
transformed into privileges for the strong -
garlands for joyous pilgrimages, in search of Truth and self,
to radiant landscapes, and Bacchanal Mt. meadows,
and smiling wind swept seashores. –
Now, burdened boughs bow down to the dirt
forming a subterranean arch for generating shade,
where a dolorous chorus gives birth to voices of the people
who sing around a ring of 12 monolithic stones,
and, which is home to sacrifices, and sacred quests,
and dervish dancing flames
that light the darkest night.
PICTURES OF PORTLAND
The mirror river now a silk silver ribbon winding cool
through the profuse verdant valley, where fragrant fields ripen dreamily
among living spires of indigenous cedars and firs and every
imaginable imported species
slept in a profound silence – after,
the Night, who like an enormous serpent, swallowed the entire valley
and surrounding hills and mountains in its swollen belly, the World
continued
as if nothing had happened –
Very early the trees raised their heads smiling
at the gray and white clouds who formed a silent transforming menagerie.
And, the Sun, like a golden lynx, touched their cryptic crowns
with its sharp sultry claws.
Waking were the swarms of insects, to the steel roar of the city,
which were helplessly swirled by the passing wakes of vociferous cars,
some were smashed against invisible windshields,
while others were easily disoriented prey
that hurtled into the waiting gaping mouths of the barn swallows
who nested nearby under a bridge and darted with the daring skill
of jet fighter pilots in and out of the commuter traffic.
Later, the trees’ hoarse voices rasp out from their still stirring
boughs,
like the sibilant sound of children playing in the varied schoolyard
Universes,
rustling leaves that scud like claws across murky and mysterious sea
beds
in the mind; so gentle; so serious; so kind; so thoughtful.
The cedars and firs nave and transepts echo in wells of silence,
while caves in the surrounding shrubs form natural apses which mute and
echo.
Through its web of streets I’m reminded of the current craze
of skulls and crossbones, which became their faith: and, a cancer
that first devoured the Word, and with it Justice and Love: and, then,
it devoured their flesh! Power became their guiding light,
and it resulted in teaching perverse forms of predation;
to attractive children there was prostitution (sex abuse)
which whenever ineffective would be altered, and then, they became
adversive stimulous sets which were used for torture and other forms of
vicious behavior just like the rest of the children were already being
used for, and thus, they were set up to be physically abused, if their
operations were successful in destabilizing the various targeted
victims which were previously vilified, just like tyranny has always
done from antiquity till today. And, so this form of populist
movement metamorphosized into organized crime whose bosses ran stables
of career criminals, who pretended to be necessary and virtuous
members of society; but, who valued their lives first, and money second,
and ignored honor or held it in disdain as an anachronism.
All their actions were risk-free from apprehension, thanks to systemic
corruption.
And, without the inconvenience and danger of open competition, which
they either eliminated or incorporated as subordinate elements, they
repeatedly slammed communities, perseverating their profitable
pestiferous operations,
while simultaneously utilizing their corruption as pretenses for their
oppression.
Watch, while their Judas narcs cavort with their contemporary temple
whores, extortionists and frauds – they all know the score. Flash
dressed pimps are a thing of the past, they’ve been replaced by aging
grandfather types who are looking for a cure for their ennui, and wish
to deceive themselves into thinking that their essential and virile
instead of merely belatedly becoming bad. Serial rapists are and
murderers are temporarily out of style, they’ve been replaced by the
quietly profitable (supposed) murder-suicides that have become the
radical right’s most recent rage. They’ve learned that compared
to the precipice of poverty, compulsion and persecution can almost
become attractive. And, the only place the Truth still exist is
up on a hill – crucified. Today’s clever are vice ridden:
For an honest man’s love of justice draws on him the stigma of
slanderous infamy,
though always virtuous and yet usually reputed as criminal,
he ardently wishes to persevere till death.
The just will be buffeted, loaded down with claims, and delivered to
torture:
He’ll be subject to pain and sorrow.
With wet Spring showers I limp toward home,
a livid sky, an open wound, plunging into darkness, it too shall take
its rest.
AN INTIMATE REFRAIN
Only you have that certain scent,
whose fragrance is like a bouquet of fresh flowers;
and, like fingerprints, only your own –
you move, you smile, you illuminate, radiant as the
full moon.
Things you’ve owned
become holy relics,
blessed with spirituality
they possess a quiet charm and graceful beauty.
With you, life becomes unbearably light;
little things like worries,
somehow, simply disappear;
to know you, is to want you near.
Your eyes are tidal pools,
as deep as the musical sea;
your embrace unlocks more mysteries
than Richard Burton’s Arabian Nights.
And, even though we live inside the collective illusion of a great
teeming city,
surrounded by countless invisible, round, swirling
Worlds,
with you here beside me life is a wonderful miracle,
blossoming as though a flower, in a garden on a
deserted desert isle.
DOWN AND OUT
Feeble whisper in the wind
the elusive frog and unseen bird
weave their songs within cold clouds,
shadows and brief pools of sunshine,
at an approaching foot fall silence suddenly settles
among the stale exhalations of late afternoon -
Meanwhile,
our mundane
World
toils out dead
hours,
as clocks echo
all around the city,
nibbling away
moments
till time is
diminished and nothing remains;
and, 5:00 PM sees mutilated body parts
spewed out and
scattered abroad.
To much to absorb all at once,
the brisk moist air,
the sss… sounds that rain makes
falling on rectilinear roofs and tarmac
and happy trembling leaves,
and the rarefied light of early Sunset.
While the
solid leaden World
barely holds
together;
if you think
they tremble;
in the gray air
poc people
ooze drops of vice;
if the truth
be known culture frightens them
and
intelligence scares them stiff
that’s why
they target smart students
and turn them
over to friends
who are
assigned to spy and shape their behavior,
while mental
shackles are placed on by professors
at
school; and, the Univ. mass produces
empty echoing
shadows, technocrat- sycophants,
created for
industrial consumption;
while creative
and cultured, well rounded and well read,
educated, intelligent, intellectuals are an anachronism,
and definitely not part of contemporary curriculums.
Suddenly, translucent individuals
feel so incredibly light that they start
to float among the tree tops,
they try to absorb every nuance of meaning;
and, after their initial fright,
they try to extract every ounce of pleasure
from the miraculous effervescent moments
that are constantly transforming around them.
The stodgy
mass of humanity
doesn’t
condemn the systemic corruption;
they’re
conditioned to believe that somehow its clever;
and, besides,
any dissent and its break out the rack,
tighten the
thumb screws, and polish the iron boot:
humanity can
be relentless, for them its not vice,
but, rather,
its vice transformed into virtue.
In the
faltering gray light of twilight,
blind oblivion
refuses to devour the refuse of corruption.
So, amid the gathering gloom,
the wonderful moment fades away,
voices falter into silence,
and bleak existence
flows down and out.
AN ANCIENT AIR
Like the wind cruel Oppression drives brutally past;
accompanying attached, through the city streets, comes Death, as a
shadow moving fast;
ghosts rise, so many pale apparitions, in the dark night.
Summer shivers, imprisoned by the nocturnal gloom,
atrophying nature; arrested leaves prematurely fall, and, blighted buds
no longer bloom;
avoiding a World disgraced by the bloody blasphemous use of might.
Splendid was the time, when night opened up on a happy ending:
all united in God’s love; and, one happy family in His embrace, we were
free,
a star swarm brilliantly blazing; friend and foe alike stood
contemplating Truth, - happy,
in the kiss of a Just-Peace, we were meeting.
As if the kingdom of Heaven had descended down to here,
I, floating free in an invisible radiant World, now near;
all over the green smiling Earth, the echo of every living thing was
singing.
TWILIGHT INSIGHT
When after a day’s good hard toil I drift on clouds and rest.
And, the Earth whispers softly to me in waking dreams
strange sighing mysteries through each green bough’s
gently gleaming
wisdom of the heart that the brain can scarcely guess:
oh, how sweet, those old times; mild sorrow, as
light grows dimmer,
and, suddenly, there flashes startling insight,
among twilight’s pale glimmer,
swift lightening piercing through my breast.
RUMOR MILL
The following is the express opinion of Mockingbird
and its staff.
Tyranny
To avoid disagreeable disputes that unfortunately
arise during discussions, the lover of Truth carefully defines the
terms employed; because, under the best of circumstances words take on
a Protean nature, which result in ambiguities and misunderstandings
that impair our earnest endeavors to acquire knowledge and further our
understanding of the Truth. Admitting this difficulty and wishing
to minimize futile disputes it seems appropriate to begin this
evaluation with a working definition of Tyranny. Rather than
reinvent the wheel I’ve borrowed a time honored definition handed down
from antiquity and utilized through the 19th century and 20th centuries.
Tyranny is the Greek name applied to the actions of
those individuals who are tyrants, which leaves us having to define
tyrants before we can arrive at the necessary state of knowledge
necessary to further our understanding. It is all who use force
or deceit or will of the majority or even democratic processes to
obtain the absolute control of government. And, they believe
themselves to be and are above the law; and, they almost always utilize
God to justify their usurpation of power.
The term became connotatively associated over time
with heinous individuals who were either Kings or dictators.
Subsequently, when the term is applied today, either to popular elected
leaders, or certain contemporary populist movements who exercise
tyranny, the applicable parties become grievously offended. They
don’t mind being tyrants, its being identified with an unpleasant Truth
that they find aversive. This state of confusion pertaining to
terms and ideas, and the reality that they represent, has traditionally
been manipulated to the tyrant’s advantage, currently with the
assistance of their huge propaganda machine that they have purchased
and assembled, whose specific purpose is to shape public opinion: lie
to the people in ways that are advantageous to their factional
interests.
The consequence of all this is that a Caligula, Nero, Hitler and
Stalin, or any other modern monster, who may be a fraudulent ruler like
George Bush, or a manipulated movement like the radical right,
might be confused for a legitimate leader, or honest populist
movement. These are the effects, the bigoted blindness of the
modern ignorant mobs, generated by the power elite’s efforts to
manufacture public consent. The extreme views of fanatics are
superimposed on the unsuspecting majority. So easily does society
allow itself to become deceived by bumper sticker slogans and three
minute political ads appearing on TV that it celebrates its tyranny
under another name, while feeling sorry for previous generations who
endured less severe forms of oppression?
Currently, the term tyranny is rarely used. If
one hears it employed its tentatively towards a Communist state, or a
targeted elected tyrant, who without formality deprive citizens of
their civil rights, either taking their lives, or taking their
property; and, forcing them to live base lives as sycophants, devoid of
decency and lacking any sense of human honor. On the other hand
our own radical right is considered good citizens even though they have
arbitrary power to do all of these things and worse, because they leave
to their fellow citizen’s political institutions and procedures that
are displaced, having been corrupted and overwhelmed by money.
Currently, they proceed with impunity under the veil of some contrived
crises and/or created tale of villainy, to seize their fellow citizens
and violate their fundamental Civil Rights, by first subliminally
creating the predisposition of any target citizen they choose (for what
ever reason they wish) to engage in any type of immoral criminal
behavior that the radical right chooses to create and finds
convenient. They are considered to be good and decent because of
the systematic deceit which society is subjected to, and because
everything they do including all their vicious vices and personally
enriching corruption, is considered regardless of how absurd to be for
the good of children, which gives them the power to do anything they
want (including coercion, extortion, fraud, slander, perverting, rape
prostitution, systematic child prostitution/abuse assault and battery,
and murder – what ever it takes) with full impunity.
But, for the morally decent person who thinks and
has some small measure of common sense something better is
necessary. Since tyranny has a just negative stigma attached to
it, it must be given only to those individuals who engage in abhorrent
behavior that ends in the exploitation and oppression of society.
So, what term can legitimately be applied to these people, which does
not deviate from the Truth? The fact remains so long as they
engage in such infamous behavior no term will be sufficiently
abominable. Inversely, individuals, in no matter what position of
power, who embrace conduct which respects the legal restraints that
laws which protect all citizens civil rights (personal and property) to
engage in free will and self determination, in the just pursuit of
life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, to the extent that it does
not openly and directly prevent others from the same paramount right, a
right not to be usurped from any single citizen by any sized majority,
ought to be given the recognition and gratitude that they truly
deserve, - call it what you will. They will be good, decent, free
citizens living in a free country, which is the greatest blessing, that
mankind can give to itself.
This seemingly simple and clear distinction,
universally embraced throughout the World throughout history, could
serve as our most important legacy for future generations: the
renascent liberty fundamental to The United States of America’s
Constitution and which serves as the foundation for its Civil
Rights. It is true that nothing lasts for ever, and liberty when
pushed to extreme degenerates into license which in turn leads full
circle into a state of bondage of vice. But, since the current
extreme abuse of power can not degenerate further, we have witnessed
its moral degeneration transform into moral bankruptcy, which also
resulted into two states of servitude, as society bi-furcated; where
base and malleable sycophants were oppressed and exploited and
subordinated to the corrupted will of masters; who in their turn had
watched power transform their very virtues into vices, as I will
subsequently demonstrate with two concrete examples, fully developed
and integrated with the preceding effort, in the closing essay of the
July 04 issue of Mockingbird.
DEMOCRACY DECIEVED
In the post Cold War era we have watched while the
factional interests of the radical right grappled with the difficult
problem of how to replace the dwindling revenues generated by the
industrial military. This problem is no longer so simple as it
once was immediately after WWII, with the nation no longer being as
wealthy as it once was, due to the big spending Republican policies,
which have recently exploited and almost bankrupted the United States
of America. First, the factional interests of the radical right,
utilizing their influence over the Republican Party, tried to extended
corporate welfare by means of the industrial military, with a two
tiered approach. The Republican’s continued to burden the US with a
huge industrial military presence in the post Cold War Era that was
disproportionate to any existing international threat, which served to
bleed the US economy. First, they tried to extort artificially
high spending levels, with the specter of their artificially created
terrorist threats. Second, they initiated a series of phony wars,
which was supposed to put the US economy on a war time basis and prime
the US economy with excessive profits to the industrial military, a
policy which has failed miserably and resulted in hemorrhages to the
economy. What the Republicans did accomplish was to greatly
exacerbate the trade deficit, and dramatically increase the national
debt, which became the largest in the World. The increased
national debt prevents the US from effectively utilizing its wide array
of fiscal and monetary tools to improve the economy. The
Republican Party’s deplorably disastrous handling of the economy was
partially deliberately done, in order to create an economic scenario of
perceived insolvency that was designed to DECIEVE the American public
and enable the factional interests of the radical right to use the
Republican Party as the point in their attack of America’s Medicare and
Social Security programs. This was to be done over a wide period
of time in order to allow the US public to forget who was responsible
for the disastrous military adventure policy in the Middle East and
elsewhere and created our economic woes. The Republican political
game plan is to try and time a short term artificial economic recovery,
or at least generate enough positive activity to manipulate the
economic indicators in order to be able to falsely claim a recovery,
and beguile the American public; and, couple this temporary economic
resurgence with an insurmountable spending advantage, which when added
to their overt control of the propaganda machine in the media, is
supposed to result in the Republican’s buying the election - instead of
fraudulently stealing it. The terrorist threat and economic
hemorrhages could and should be easily corrected, by the simple
expedient of stopping the phony wars in the Middle East; and,
establishing a low US military profile in the region which should then
be maintained for an extended period of time. Our presence
should be replaced by competent diplomatic action combined with either
a UN presence, or NATO presence, or preferably both in order to defray
the expense to participants among as many nations as possible, in order
to protect Europe’s and Japan’s need for an uninterrupted supply of
oil, which in turn helps the US by providing aid for its important
trade partners.
The point is that the radical right has been dealing
deceitfully with the US public. It has been attacking Medicare
and Social Security, using contrived wars and unfair ill advised tax
cuts to erode the US government’s financial solvency, in order to try
and replace the highly popular and immensely effective entitlement
programs, with the Republican Party’s inferior privatization plans,
which are more expensive and result in inferior products to the good
citizens of this great nation. The most recent Republican Party
effort to force US senior citizens out of Medicare in order to obtain
private companies’ prescription relief is designed to bankrupt
Medicare, and have generated little consumer enthusiasm by the savvy
senior citizens. The fact is, in their greed driven desire, to
replace one golden calf for another (the privatized Medicare for the
industrial military) the Republican Party fails to understand the
complex dynamics which make it impossible in market driven economies
for private institutions to profitably provide modern health care which
is inherently based on high technology. The Republican Party,
under the influence of the radical right, are trying to sustain
artificially high profit structures in the US after years of
extensive exploitation, by means of corporate welfare to the industrial
military, by substituting one form of exploitation for another, with
their privatized Medicare insurance scam and the upcoming eventual
assault on Social Security; but, they fail to account for the fact that
the US is economically reduced, under Republican mismanagement, to the
point where America is only capable of generating dwindling revenues,
where it requires three forms of exploitation (industrial military,
Privatized Medicare and Privatized Social Security) to generate
comparable revenues to those of the industrial military during the Cold
War Era. And, what was supposed to be a modern Marshall Plan, to
economically develop the third world at the expense of the United
States by means of corporate flight to cheap labor which was
subsequently followed by the more recent job flight, did not work out
as the computer models indicated. The newly created third world
markets were not even able to absorb surplus productivity.
This blatant exercise in deceit by the Republican
Party is followed up by another form of deceit. The radical right
factional interests in the insurance industry, with assistance from the
Republican Party, are trying to accomplish at the state level what it
failed to realize on the national level. It is robbing private
citizens of their right of legal redress. Under the false
pretence of trying to prevent Doctors from leaving a state due to
excessive insurance cost, they pass measures designed to cap
litigation. This is supposed to address the underlying reason for the
Physicians’ flight, excessive insurance costs, which the insurance
industry incurs by providing inadequate health care, and which results
in the insurance industry practices that are creating the costly
mistakes that ruin peoples’ lives. But, if they gave us adequate
health care, then there wouldn’t be the need to protect the insurance
companies from their own incompetence. And, if all states did not
have this law there would not be any reason for Doctors to leave any
given state. It is a scenario created by the insurance industry
for their benefit. How is it 38 states get the same idea all at
once? How is it these measures are all so well funded and
backed? These are all supposed to be local grass roots
movements. To quote a great American Patrick Henry, “ I smell a
rat!” If a private citizen makes a mistake they are responsible
for it. And, inversely, if a citizen is hurt or their property is
damaged by another party, then the other party is held
responsible. The fact is the insurance industry wishes to behave
in ways that it knows will result in injury and death to significant
numbers of American people, and it doesn’t want to be held responsible
for their wrongful actions. And, the Republican Party has consistently
supported them in this endeavor.
Consider the Republican Health care plan. Private insurance
companies give beginning Doctors case loads of between 3,000 and 4,000
patients, and then the good Doctors who owe tens of thousands of
dollars and can’t afford to protest, are discouraged from giving the
necessary tests which are necessary to determine what is wrong with
these strangers who show up at there office as patients seeking help
with their complex health care concerns. The alternative is
charging patients for tests, but if the patient can’t afford the tests
mistakes are sure to be made. It is a scenario created for the
profit of the insurance industry and one that results in worse health
for 50% of its participants every three years, if you are a senior
citizen, or if you are chronically ill, or if you are poor. It’s
the worst health care in the world in terms of fairness. It’s the
worst health care for families. It’s the worst health care for
children. It’s the most expensive to operate. And, it
killed over 1 million patients in one year alone because of mistakes
made by the health care system. Is it any wonder the insurance
industry, with the blessings of the Republican Party, have started this
latest exercise in deceit trying to steal from the citizens of this
nation their right to legal redress, when legal redress is the only
leverage we the people have, to try and get a fair deal and safe health
care from huge financial institutions, whose primary concern is to
provide profits competitive with corrupt Republican business practices
in the industrial military and energy areas of the economy?
Already, there are 38 states who have been robbed in this carefully
organized attack on US citizens right to legal redress.
