Teaching
My innate desire to communicate
and share my experiences with future designers was fructified when I started
visiting the above schools. Teaching and evaluating students actually results
in learning!!
It has also helped in bringing academics in closer touch with the realities
of the marketplace. I have discovered along the way that teaching is not
like selling a packaged commodity. If the end is education, teaching should
act as a mirror for students to realize their own potential, rather than
a "degree-bagging" exercise. |
