21 October 1999 : If you detect anything funny, don't blame me 'cos I've just been to a tavern (Minsky's it's called). It was my first time there. We had a very nice valedictory dinner tonight. Quite long but not too bad I suppose. All in all, I had a glass or red wine (Port), a glass of white wine and a huge glass of beer. Hope I'm not too drunk to make sense. I suppose I'm not drunk since I can type quite coherently and fast. I think it must have been the practice I had over the semester break. Lucky! Well, I had to 'bottoms up' too. Quite reluctant but have to anyway. Peer pressure. Sigh. But that never gets me if I can help it. So, now I think that I've gained yet another level in the alcohol drinking community. But I'll never like it. Don't know why people like to drink beer. Your stomach just gets bloated. That's all for now. Been quite a long entry already.

Oh yeah, I'll be moving to another residential hall next year (Currie Hall). It's much smaller than my present one and there's no basin. NO BASIN! That's my most precious possession. But what the heck. The security is tighter there and things are much newer. I hope that I'll get to like it as I do Kingswood College. Signing off...

14 October 1999 : There's nothing much to report just that I've been very busy lately. The web site which I was working on (albeit still working on it) was launched last night. The launching was an eye-opener with a 5 minute lively slide show by Khaireel, the new ISS Director and also my friend. Check out his page if you want to see some great applets. For those who are interested, the site address is http://www.issuwa.educations.net. All in all, the preparation had been fun not to mention somewhat irritating at times. But I've learnt a lot of things from my participation. Dinner was not good during that night. A great dissapointment I must say. There wasn't even enough food for the guests.

If you're alert, you would probably have noticed that this page does not have a background image anymore. I've done away with it because it disturbs the flow of text.

What I regret not doing : Being more hardworking and studying. Argh, exams are in 2 weeks time.
