29 February 2000 : Howdy! I'm back in Perth with an exciting tale to tell. The date was 22nd February 2000. I was on a plane (where I met with a friend of mine) when the pilot announced that we will be landing at Lemonte and Perth. People were confused because our flight was suppose to be a direct one. We were told that a MAS plane was in need of some equipment at Lemonte (near Xmouth). So we landed at Lemonte airport which is a secluded place by the way. Suddenly, we were greeted by an influx of passengers. Apparently, the plane which took off the night before from KL to Perth encountered some engine problems and had to land on the airport which had no customs nor quarantine services. Ugh! (Luckily I wasn't in that plane) They had to spend the night on the plane until our plane rescues them. And so we did. It was fascinating to see the north-western tip of WA from upclose. I don't think I'll get this chance again, so I took a photo of the airport. It was a great trip as we had two landings for the price of one! :) The whole journey took 7 hours instead of 5.

Now, I'm in my room. It's extremely hot right here. I feel so sticky. My room is a nice one, albeit a little bit small. Anyway, it's easier to decorate. There is no basin nor balcony. Nevertheless, I think I will enjoy it here as my room is on the top floor and corner-most. Hehe. Nobody will disturb me except for the sun. I've arranged my furniture (something which I was denied in Kingswood) so that it looks like an office. If I look like a professional, I will perform like a professional. :)

The tv reception in my room is excellent. I don't even need to use the booster I bought. So who wants a booster?

Uni has begun. I'm involved in ISS once more. Hopefully I'll get the most out of it. That's all folks. Will write again. (I have no internet connection in my room yet - at the point of writing)
