Elie Wurtman, Co-founder, chairman
Elie Wurtman, co-founder of Zapaz, is co-founder of the incubator 2bVentures. He is also co-founder of Deltathree.com. He served as
its CEO for three years until April 2000. Mr Wurtman served as Chairman of Deltathree.com (NASDAQ: DDDC) from April 1998
until successfully leading the company's IPO in November of 1999, raising nearly $100 Million. He also served as the Vice President of
Emerging Technologies for RSL Communications. Mr Wurtman co-created and co-shaped Deltathree.com into one of the world's
leading IP Telephony companies. Since then, Deltathree.com's market capitalization exceeded $1.8 billion
Prior to deltathree.com, Mr Wurtman co-founded Ambient (NASDAQ: ABTG), a data communications company that he helped
build and successfully take public in Febuary of 1998. Mr Wurtman also played a key role in the development and IPO of TTR
Technologies (NASDAQ: TTRE), a leader in anti-piracy software, which is today owned 10% by Macrovision.

Dr. Scott Lawrence, CEO: Dr. Lawrence most recently served as President and founder of Power Practice, a private management and
consulting firm for physicians. Dr. Lawrence also consulted with firms such as Morgan Stanley, Sumitomo Trust, Westvaco, Swiss Bank Corp.,
Dillon Read, Deutsche Bank, and Avon Inc. For the seventeen years prior to this, Dr. Lawrence was the Director and Owner of Manhattan
Chiropractic Neurological Center in New York City, one of the largest private chiropractic facilities in the United States.

Robert Goldrich, CTO
Robert Goldrich, CTO: In this capacity Mr. Goldrich is responsible for generating and executing technical strategies. He has over 18 years
engineering and software experience, including the past 7 working with start-up companies as a software manager, architect, designer and
programmer. From 1993 - 1996 Mr. Goldrich served as the Director of Research for Accent Software and most recently Tradeum. He has an
MS and BS in Engineering, with Honors, from the University of Illinois.Mr. Goldrich holds two U.S. and European patents, and has lectured at
the United States Patent Office.

Jonathan Adler,VP Business Development
Mr. Adler worked most recently at Jerusalem Global, a VC Fund, where he served as executive asssitant to Dr. Shlomo Kalish. Prior to
this, he worked at Sakal Brothers, the largest duty free retailer in Israel, where he served as senior planner and buyer. Mr. Adler, at the time of
his immigration from South Africa, held the exclusive agency for GUESS WATCHES in Israel, which he later sold to Sakal. He has his
degree in (IMM) Marketing, Management and Finance.

Mike Mitchell , Product Manager
Mike Mitchell, Product Manager: Mr. Mitchell worked most recently at Price Waterhouse Coopers in London, where he was a procurement analyst in the financial services division. Previous to this he had been
part of the business research team within the same division. From 1998-1999, Mr. Mitchell was director of a large non-profit organization based in the UK, specializing primarily in marketing and
business development. He has a BA with Honors in Politics and Economics from the University of Manchester.
