Most love the rides and keep coming back because each ride offers new adventure. Sedwick got his nickname because of the wild stunts he will pull during flights. Most are accepted around the town as just good harmless fun (although Lady Dianna was not too pleased when Jester started making her tower bedroom window a common stop on his tours).

Name: Azeroth National Penitentiary
Type: Penitentiary
Location: Stromgarde
Services/Comfort: Low
Safety Level: Low
Security Level: Very High
Owner: The Penitentiary is owned by the city of Stromgarde but is run by Warden Joab Icebreaker (4th level male human warrior).
Capacity: The 400 cells spread between the first two floors are capable of holding 2 prisoners each. There are 8 solitary confinement cells in the basement, 12 rooms for the guards' quarters on the first floor and various other rooms for storage, recreations, etc. Currently, the prison is at about 90% capacity with at least 40 highly trained guards on duty at all times.
Common Patrons:
Description: This immense fortress is one of the largest buildings in all of Azeroth. The pentagonally shapped 30' walls are littered with guard towers and razor wire. Strong magical wards prevent any entry or exit without the proper magical pass. The facilities are rough and crude and the guards chosen for their ill temper. The memory from a stay in this prison is enough to keep the worst criminals away from further crime when they are released. Only the worst offenders are placed here as the survival rate for the first year of a sentence is only about 80%. Inmates are expected to work for their food and lodging. Warden Icebreaker has found that hunger is a better motivator than pain. Only one person has ever escaped from the prison and that was through powerful outside magical intervention.
Encounter: Several factions of "lifers" have formed gangs and territories. An orc gang called the Steelchewers and a human gang named the Bloodrunners are the two major factions. The current penitentiary stands over an ancient dungeon probably used during the War of Survival. Although most are blocked, many tunnels wind through the dungeon. Some say that some even lead outside the walls. Some also say that the things that reside in those tunnels make you glad to know that you are locked safe up above.
