Description Background
A sawed off, portly little man with a balding head of curly brown hair and mischeivious brown eyes. Wears a green, loose-fitting hooded tunic and breeches and light shoes, the better for running away from infuriated victims. Has a quick wit and a sharp tongue, and can talk circles around most people, stinging them with a dozen subtle insults before they even realize what he said. Is a shameless coward, and will take the first opportunity to flee a potentially hostile situation, once his victim's cash is safely tucked away in his money pouch. Has a deathly fear of spiders, and will fly into a screaming panic if he sees one. The bigger the spider, the bigger the reaction. Is a decent source of information, but if he believes he will be endangered, he won't say a word. Spiders, however, often motivate him to spill everything he knows. Abandoned on the streets of Stratholme as a young child, Loepp learned quickly the lesson of Survive or Die. Not blessed with the physique to defend himself by fighting, he sharpened his mind and trained his hands to move as if they had minds of their own. Started out swindling passers-by on rigged games of chance on the street, then moved up to higher stakes in the casinos of some of the largest cities in Azeroth. Is far more wealthy than he looks, but maintains the appearance of just another wretched beggar to put people off guard.
