Lifestyle Changes For Life



Lifestyle changes , what are they? Well, I'm begining to learn what they are. They are feeling better, being happier and being healthier. Recently, I've learned not to diet. Dieting is only going to lead you to failure. You must learn to do a lifestyle change. That's the only way. To eat healthier, exercise and most important feel good about yourself. There is only one way to do this, you have to WANT IT!. I will be offering different ways to change. * Please enjoy this site and use it to become a healthier you!








WHAT IS A WORKOUT?

*A workout is not just an exercise session. It is part of a lifestyle.

*It consists of 75 percent willpower and discipline and 25

percent perspiration.

*It makes you better than you were yesterday.

*It is a victory over laziness and coming up with bad excuses.

*It makes you feel good about yourself.
