Before I get too indepth here, please remember that "Miracle Web Publishing" is a one man band - I have always had a love of programing, and have learnt - and am still learning - HTML codes.
Almost all pages are hand created. Any additional codes that I have seen from other sites I have tried to credit. As yet I have not learnt Java Coding, so any javascripts or Applets are the work
of other people who are not connected to myself. Again, I have attempted to give full credit, where credit is due for other people's work. Software
All Miracle web pages and sites are created in roughly the same manner. The main software used is called "The Captain's Web Page Builder" - a specially created set of codes for compiling
HTML codes quickly and easily. I regret this program will NOT be available to other users, so please don't ask. In addition I also use MacroMedia's DreamWeaver version 1.2, Shockwave 4.0 and AppletAce Version 1. DreamWeaver is
used to create fancy DHTML codes, whilst appletace creates - suprisingly - applets, and finally I am still learning to use Shockwave. I hope to be able to bring you an exclusive cartoon series soon.. once I work out how to make the blobs mouth's move.. I also use Microsoft's FrontPage 2000 to help align certain parts of the pages.
With regard the Graphics aspect of the pages - I have tried to give credit to original creators of pictures, or at least a link to the site where it was obtained by myself.
Of the grapics created by myself - I use Ulead's Cool 3D to created 3D headlines - such as the one above. To create gif's I use CorelPhotoPaint. To animate Gif's I use Alchemy MindworksGif Construction Set.
Finally - to produce streaming video I use my web cam to capture the images, Mgi's Videowave V.1.0c to edit, and Real's RealProducer to produce the file for Internet use and to show.
Hardware
I use a Evesham Micro Zydec computer with Pentium II running at 480Mhz, with 96 Mb of Memory. Graphics are provided by a 3dfx Voodoo 5 PCI card, sound provided by a VideoLogic SonicFury 3d Dolby Digital card. Hard disks are 4Mb standard and an Fuji 10Mb IDE drive, 1 3.5 inch FDD and also an Iomega External CR-ROM drive. Also attached is a VideoEye USB Cam, a Hewlett Packard deskjet 930, a Hewlett Packard Officejet 1150 and a Handspring Visor Deluxe for programming whilst on the move. I also have a Compaq SVGA monitor, an IR cordless mouse, a flight yoke, steering wheel with foot pedals, and various joysticks.
Insperation is gained from a selection of Jazz Music which I play whilst creating (With Thanks to Winmp!) along with my small Dalek, Anakin Skywalker figurine, and various Star Wars Action Fleet toys
which all reside on top of the monitor.
Thanks for dropping by!
