The Seven Isles Homeowners Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation whose purpose is to promote the security of the Seven Isles community. Voluntary contributions of $200 per quarter per household pay for the private security guard service, guardhouse, patrol car, police patrols and general improvements to the Seven Isles. Through residents' contributions, we have achieved our goal of a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year security program in The Seven Isles. However, continued support is necessary to maintain this level of protection.
The security guards patrol the streets at various time throughout the day and night while not manning the guardhouse. This system deters and detects crime in the Seven Isles. At the guardhouse, located at the singular entrance/exit way for the Seven Isles community, the video surveillance camera record all traffic and individuals passing through 24 hours a day. Although the security guards are not a substitute for the police (who should be called first to report all crimes and emergencies), we understand, as statistically proven, that their presence will deter crime in our neighborhood and send criminals elsewhere. Additionally, members of the Fort Lauderdale Police Deparment make regularly scheduled patrols through our neighborhood.
If you are a new resident in the neighborhood, we would certainly hope you would join the Seven Isles Homeowners Association, Inc.
