As Nick's flight came in, Stacey waited sitting in the orange chairs. She saw him coming down the corridor so she stood up and he saw her and ran to Stacey. He gave her a hug and said Happy Birthday.
"How was your flight?" Stacey asked
"It was pretty good." answered Nick "Did you like my present?" he asked
"Oh I loved it." said Stacey. "I have something to tell you." said Stacey as she gestured Nick to move closer. Nick leaned in and Stacey slowly kissed him on the lips.
"I didn't quit hear you." Nick said joking "How did you find out?" he asked
"Oh, Brian let it slip at my party." she said "Let me just say, it was the best present I got." Nick put his hands around her waist and they kissed in the terminal. Nick broke the romantic kiss by asking,
"Does A.J. know? Cause, if he did he'd kill me. He loves you alot."
"No, he was down getting drinks." she said
"Wanna go back to the hotel now." asked Nick
"Sure."
Back at the hotel room Stacey and Nick sat down and talked.
"So, you maybe, wanna, um, do ya, um," Nick said stuttering
"Go out some time?" Stacey said finishing his sentence
"Yeah?" he said with a relief
"I'd love to." Stacey said rapping her arms around his neck giving him a hug.
"We might have to keep this a secret for awhile." Nick said
"Oh, that would be fun. Like a secret rendeveux." Stacey said excited
"How about we go out tonight? We can go out for dinner then maybe to a movie or the arcade and then go for a nice romantic walk on the beach." Nick said hopefully
"Um, I don't know......." said Stacey unsure
"Come on, it will be great. We'll have Brian stall A.J. so we can sneak in and out, it will be fun. I promise."
"Okay." said Stacey finally
Later that night Nick and Stacey snuck with ease and went for dinner at McDonalds, Stacey's choice, then went to the arcade. After that they walked to the beach.
"It's it beautiful out. The sky is clear, the water is calm, and the sand is white. It's perfect. Especially with you here." said Nick "It's just how I'll always imagined it."
"I love it here. Tonight has gone perfect. I couldn't have asked for more." said Stacey as Nick rapped his arm around her. They sat down in the sand, and gazed up at the stars absorbing the moment. Stacey said,
"It's a little chilly with that breeze."
"Oh, are you cold?" Nick said as he rapped his arm around her. She rested her head on his shoulder and he let her sweet scent wash over him with the breeze. Stacey tilt her head and their lips met. This was not just any regular kiss. It was not anything like the one in the airport. This had more feeling and was more romantic. Then they heard Nick's cell phone ring. The moment was over. Nick answered.
"Hello?"
"Yo Nick, it's A.J. You gotta come back quick, there's some really hot chicks down here in the lobby."
"Um, I'm kinda busy right now."
"K man, catch ya later. See ya."
"Sorry." Nick said as he hung up the phone.
"It's okay. We should be getting back anyways. A.J.'s probably worried." Nick and Stacey snuck back to the hotel. It wasn't as easy as before though, because A.J. was in the lobby. They managed to get up to their rooms.
"Well, I guess this is goodnight?" said Stacey
"Yeah, don't I get a goodnight kiss?" Nick asked Stacey kissed him trying to open her door giggling at the same time.
"Goodnight." she said. Nick smiled. Once Stacey was in her room she heard a knock on the separating door that connects two rooms together. She opened it up since the room lead the Brian and Nick's. Nick was standing their. She let him in and they kissed. She sat on the bed and he knelt over her. He removed her cardigan and she was about to take of his shirt until Nick stopped.
"What?" Stacey said
"I'm sorry. I can't do this."
"Is it me?" she asked
"What if A.J. walks in? Then we'd be in deep shit." Nick said
"I see your point. Uuuugggghhhh, why does this have to be so difficult?" said laying back on the bed.
"I don't know. I'll see you in the morning." Nick said
"Okay, goodnight." They exchanged kisses and Nick went back to his room.
