THE RULE OF LIFE

• The consecration of each Tuesday to our Holy Father Benedict by either attending Mass or reciting the Litany of St. Benedict; and the celebration of, and encouraging the same, the major feasts of the Saint during the year, March 21 and July 18.
  
• Regular mediation in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament (the Holy Hour).
  
• To pray two offices daily.
  
• Regular study of the Holy Scriptures, preferably weekly.
  
• In daily prayers to remember the concerns listing the the Intercession Paper, published monthly by the Order.
  
• To prayer daily for the Order and other Oblates and Associates.
  
• To attend a structured and guided retreat at least once a year.
  
• To support the Order financially with a pledge.
