Lusitania is a neighboring country of Pars. By a fortuitous chance(There's no detailed description of it in the story), Lusitanians associated with some bad apples in Pars and Prince Hilmes to occupy Pars.
(Prepare your rotten tomatoes, here's our traitor) Karlan was originally a Parsian general, but somehow he believed that Hilmes's daddy, Osiris, was killed by Andragoras, and the real crowned prince should be Hilmes. He had a duel with Darun and fell off from the cliff.
Sindura is also a neighboring country on the east side of Pars. When Arslan and his faithful friends arrived to Pershwa Castle, Sinduran army attackd them. However, the leader, Prince Rachendera was captured as a hostage.
Zendy is Karlan's son. He wanted to revange Darun for his father, so he declared royalty to Silvermask(Hilmes). He was busted by Silvermask when he put the holly sword that Silvermask wants very much back to the earth. He's quite loyal to Silvermask.
A nomadic and strong nation. Turans are good at fighting but not smart at taking over castles. They come to Pershwa and fight with Parsians.
The king of Turans. He's arrogant, violent and brutal. He led Turan army to attack Pershwa Castle. He's killed by prince Irtalish.
The prince of Turans. Same as the Turan king, Tikatenihi, he's arrogant, egotistic, violent, brutal and even bloodier. Irtalish is not Tikatenihi's son, but Tikatenihi's nephew. He killed Tikatenihi to seize the power, because he believed Tikatenihi didn't have the charisma to lead Turans.
The viceroy of Kiran City. He got very nervious when Arslan visited the city because he didn't respond Arslan's declaration of fighting Lusitanians. Also he is a corrupted governor who hid the tax money and other jewelery in his "secret garden". His secret was found out by Farangese and he was banished by Arslan.
Narsus' old friend. His mistress has a restaurant in Kiran. He was very supportive of Narsus' idea about releasing slaves before, but since he used to have a wealthy lifestyle, he became unkind and heartless. He didn't approve of Narsus' idea when they met. Later when he knew that Perachos was banished, he associated pirates to attack Arslan, but was captured.
