Desert Rose still hasn't been released here in Holland, very strange cause it was announced for January 18th. Anyway Japan release did come in but not with the Japanese rap as promised earlier by A&M.

Mexico is getting an award for the sleeves, not that they are always the best to have, but most of them are different. The Mexican promo for Desert Rose comes with 2 other bands.

I mentioned this about 7 months ago already and finally here it is:

Sting is singing on one track called "Don't walk away". I must say that the song is oke but sting's contribution to the album or even the song doesn't make the album better.

Japan sampler promo

The Polydor sampler promo from Japan of September 1999 is something to have. It has on the sngle BND track on it plus a bunch of other artists but the cover of this release is the most interesting part. It has a full picture of Sting, a photo taken a the elevator session for BND but different than the one used for the fron cover of BND. Just interesting I guess.

Record awards

You probably noticed this already for a long time but I'm kinda fanatic when it comes to record awards. Last year I made a special issue on these record and cd awards. My plans are to make a special freaks list for everybody who owns an award. Not that I will write about them every month but this way I can keep you collectors of awards updated about some new interesting facts I found out.
What should you do to be come a member of this list ? Its very easy, sent me an e-mail and state me which awards you have at home and anwer these questions.
