to my Property Management Service. I will ensure that your property
is in mint condition all year round, pick you up from the airport is
provided upon your arrival and even have your fridge stocked with
champagne and fine foods if you so desire! My services include but
are not limited to the coordination, payment and management of the
following services:
- Administration and payment of all property and
estate charges including wages, utilities and contracted
services
- Housekeeping, Hostess, Butler, Secretarial
& Personal Security Services
- Provision of seasonal employees where
required
- Planned Preventative Maintenance Program
- Optional Pool & spa maintenance, including
heating systems
- Landscaping & irrigation maintenance
- Pest control (property and gardens)
- Small and major construction or refurbishment
projects
- Independent property surveys
- Concierge services, airport meet, greet,
departure check-in and limousine transfers
- Private car hire
To provide your property with the largest
pool of available tenants, I have created unique Multiple Listing
agreements with local brokers & International travel agencies.
