Use/Feedback
The whole point of having knowledge is using it. When knowledge is
used, the knowledge is also tested and scrutinized by the user.
Giving feedback to the author, much like a scoring or rating process
will help to support or reject the knowledge. Some of the areas that
may be useful for feedback are:
- Interesting - Is the knowledge of interest, especially for specific group types?
- Usefulness - Is the knowledge useful for what I am trying to acquire from it?
- Correctness - Is the knowledge correct or does it need tweaking?
