    • Smart Scroll
      "Smart Scroll" (161K) is a control panel which makes the scroll bars on your windows propotional. That's right, your scroll bars will actually show how much of a document is left. If the scroll bar is half way down the window, half the document is left. It also adds a nice little function called Active Scrolling which enables you to see the contents of the window as you drag the scroll tab. Nice, very nice. Shareware.
