The media telling lies about Michael, is nothing new.
Throughout the past 12 years, there have been countless
stories about Michael, whether it may be in the Tabloids,
the TV or the radio. The fact is that, only 20% of them
ever tell the truth. And the ones that do tell the
truth, are usually announcing or reviewing his concerts.
Rarely, have I ever seen a newspaper containing anything
really good and uplifting about him. I admit there are
some tabliods that do speak truely of him but this is
drowned out in a sea of articles which speak their own
mind and perception, and do not bother to research
anything before printing. Due to the reputation the
media has given Michael, the tabloids often cause
confusion as it can be hard to tell which
articles are telling the truth and which aren't.

It is mainly the newspapers and magazines that tell lies
about Michael more than any other form of media, and
these ridiculous articles are commonly known as
"Tabloid Trash" or "Tabliod Garbage" amongst MJ fans.
Many famous examples of tabloid trash, include things like,
Michael trying to buy the bones of the Elephant Man
(John Merrick), Michael building a shrine to Elizabeth
Taylor, Michael wanting to live upto 150, Michael sleeping
in a HyberBaric Oxygen chamber, Michael being terrified of
being infected by germs, Michael being a homosexual,
Michael being exposed to EXCESSIVE plastic surgery, Michael
having his skin bleached white, etc, etc, etc, the list goes
on and on and on!
These ridiculous stories have been circulating for a long
time now and are often believed by many people to be true.
The main problem seems to be that once people believe one
piece of tabloid garbage, they are willing to believe
others due to the immidiate perception of Michael gained
from reading the last article, and the newspapers will
constantly produce more and more garbage to increase the
sales of their "parasites in black and white". This in turn,
draws the public more and more, to the conclusion that
Michael is infact, a mad-man, the Peter-Pan of pop, a child
who never grew up!
To be correct, I would like to take this opportunity to say
that Michael, is infact the most kind-hearted, generous,
sensitive human-being to ever enter the music industry.
I have not met him (yet!), but after being a fan for over
15 years (I'm 20 at the moment), I can tell these things.
There is no way in the world any tabloid is going to change
that view, no matter how many lies they tell or how much
garbage they print!
Let me take a typical example of tabloid trash and break it
down a little. I found an interesting front page story in a
British newspaper called "The News Of The World". The paper
was dated May 24th, 1992 and was headlined:
 

"JACKO'S SEX SNAPS STOLEN"

 

"SENSATIONAL photos of Michael Jackson romping with naked
women are being offered for sale by one of his former aides."

The article cliamed that a former aide of Michael had swiped
pictures out of a security camera at Michael's luxury ranch,
which showed him fondling a topless woman in a jacuzzi.
The former aide was selling the pictures along with a home
video of Michael and Macaulay Culkin, and another set of
pictures showing michael doing a "bizzare" dance with the
elephant man. The article also claimed that the former aide
was once, one of Michael's closest friends.
 
First of all, Michael wouldn't do a thing like that, but
that's not enough to convince people that this is trash.
 
The article says:
 

"Others are said to feature the star, who has never had a
serious girlfriend, in a clinch with a nude woman
- apparently unaware he is being filmed"

I think that if Michael lives there, he probably DOES realise
that he is being filmed, because it's his home, he knows
where all the cameras are and even if he was to do anything
of the sort, I don't think he would do it knowing well that
there are cameras recording every move he makes.
 
The article then goes on to say:
 

"The News of the World this week turned down an offer to buy
the snaps for £60,000."

 
Hmmmm....I think that this may also have an element of trash
in it. I somehow believe, that if ANY tabloid was offered
such photographs for a measly £60,000, they would buy them
straightaway. The sales of that particular newspaper would
increase RAPIDLY and they would easily get their money back
plus the tabloid's profit margins would rocket!
 
The article then says:
 

"The snaps are thought to have been copied from film swiped
out security cameras at the eccentric star's 2,700 - acre
California ranch. Ironically the cameras are there to
protect Jacko, who is obsessive about privacy."

 
I get this feeling that if this person is an ex-friend of
Jacko, he might not be able to get into the Neverland
ranch, therefore not being able to swipe anything from the
cameras. And even if he was allowed in, Michael has a lot
of security guards hanging around the place. Someone might
just have seen him, for example, the security guard who
monitors everything what's going on from the camera's point
of view would probably have caught some wonderful
photography of a thief at work!
 
The article then goes on to talk about the Elephant man:
 

"Jacko tried to buy the skeleton of hideously deformed
John Merrick - played by John Hurt in the film the Elephant
Man - for £1 million from a London hospital.
But his offer was rebuffed and the star had a replica built."

 
Here's a good example of a tabloid believing tabloid
garbage. Michael actually said that the story of the
elephant man touched him and that it reminded him of himself
at times, but he did not try to buy the elephant man's bones.
What on earth would he do with a bag of bones?
The pictures that this "aide" was selling showing Michael
doing a dance with the elephant man (if true!) was probably
taken from the "Leave Me Alone" video, in which,
(Surprise! Surprise!) he was telling the media to stop
making up lies about him.
The only element of truth in this, is Michael having a
replica of the Elephant man's bones built.
But Michael didn't build a replica because he couldn't buy
the real thing. The whole reason Michael built a replica,
was so that he could use it in his video.
Why on earth would he want to use the real bones in a music
video?
That's sick! No-one would do that.
And why are they making such a big deal out of these
pictures of Michael dancing with the Elephant man? Almost
every MJ fan has probably got those pictures.
Even I've got those pictures. I've had them for years.
 
After analysing the contents of this article, I have come
to the conclusion that this article is a load of rubbish
and doesn't even deserved to be read.
The only elements of truth in this article are that Michael
is a star, he has a 2,700 - acre Neverland ranch, he has
security cameras in there, he is a friend of Macaulay Culkin
and he danced with a replica of the Elephant man.
Apart from that, I can give you my word that this is
100% raw, untamed, mindless, typical, tabloid trash!
 
As you can see, some newspapers will go to the extreme,
just so that they can sell their little black and white
gossip sheets. These lies have gone on for long enough
now. When on earth is it all going to stop? It is a
waste of paper and trees. These newspapers are raping the
earth of its beautiful, natural resources just so that
they can poke fun at innocent people, make up lots of
lies about them and rake in all the profits they make as
they sit in the corner of their pathetic little offices
and giggle at the fact that they have just got the public
to believe another one of their crazy lies.
 
This particular article may sound outragious but believe
me, I have heard even more outragious things said about
Michael, and they have all come from the media. Things
like Michael going deaf due to exposure to loud noise,
Michael becoming a Muslim and donating £5,000,000 towards
the building of a mosque, things like this are not true,
they are all lies made up in an attempt to draw money out
of people like you and me. I don't think Michael can can
be left alone in peace without some pathetic newspaper
verbally raping him to make money. This kind of behaviour
sickens me because not only does it effect Michael, it
effects the fans too! Poeple criticise MJ fams because
they believe that he is a "mad-man" or
"a child that never grew up", and who's fault is it!?
Who's fault is it!? It's all the fault of the damn media!
 
For those of you willing to listen to me, just take my
advice. Never believe any newspaper article saying
anything about Michael Jackson unless you hear from his
lips or from a RELIABLE scource, such as the MJIFC.
 
And for those of you who seriously believe all that
non-sense about Michael molesting and abusing little children,
just click on the "Go Back" button on your browser or alternatively,
get off the internet and go read your pathetic newspapers.
