Comments: Hi Karrel: Cool website. I didn't know you spelled your name this way. Can you and Jeff come up and Xeriscape our yard, and maybe plant a garden for me? We have a neat place, 6 acres, but our landscaping leaves much to be desired.

Comments: My grandmothers madian name was Buckingham. Her parents were William & Ellen Buckingham who hailed from Crediton, Devon, England. I don't know any more about them than that. My gradmother was born in 1865 and married a Silvanus Thomas from Newport, Monmo th, Wales in 1890. Grandma came to the U.S. the first time about 1906 and settled in the Chicago, Ill. area. Do you have any connection to this line of Buckinghams possibly? The first e-mail I gave you is my son's e-mail and I use it the most. Hope to hear from you. Anndora

Comments: Hi Karrel, I must say you've devoted a tremendous amount of time to your site. You've done an excellent job with the designing. I enjoyed my visit. I spent well over two hours in here *S*. You have so much to offer & I wanted to take the time to browse th u each page that interest me. Thanks for sharing with all of us. I also wanted to say your husband Jeff is quite the handyman, he has done a outstanding job with the projects you've given him. I love the fireplace, it's beautiful. You gave me an idea with the swing also, was it hand painted, stenciled or decoupaged? The sponge painting you done to the walls looks as if an expensive decorator came in, very nicely done. Keep up the good work! I'll be back for updates & more tips. Take Care & Keep Smilin *S*. ..Gail
Comments: Oh Karrel it's nice to meet another woman who can gaze lovingly into her hubby's eyes and say those dreaded words "I have an idea" *giggle*. Since I'm the one home all week (I only work weekends) I'm the one digging the new gardens, planting trees, flower & vegetables. When it comes to the big stuff I adoringly look into Ken's eyes and say those 3 words "Let's do it" and promptly hand him the shovel *giggle* My new 'helper' is a duckling - just wish she could pick up a garden tool once in awhile!!! Jeff a little tip for ya when the Deep Ice or any other muscle liniment just don't cut it, I went to a horse supply store and picked up some horse liniment - oh mama talk about relief from the achy muscles!!!! A good massuesse would help now & again too eh!!!! Y p us Canadians actually use that word *giggle*. Oh no - my gift of gab runneth over again so I'll finish now by inviting you to visit our monstrosity of a h/p. Take care & Happy Gardening! τΏτ Nadja

Comments: Hello, My name is Oscar the Wiener Dog, I have a comic strip called Not in My Backyard! it's at http://nimby.net Since you love dogs in the first place, I hope you like the strip. On Saturday (8/1) two guest stars are appearing in the comic strip -- Yorkshire Terriers! The strip will be up through Tuesday. The next strip comes out on Wednesday. If the yorkies get lots of fan mail, I may add them to the regular cast of the strip. I just added Grumpa the Fox Terrier because he got so much fan mail after he made a guest appearance. Some of the older characters have not appeared much lately so I m trying out new characters to find the most popular. If you like the strip and its new guests, let me know. If you don't you can let me know, too :} I love any feedback I can get about the strip. I'm trying very hard to get syndicated, so the more voices I can get the better. --Oscar the Wiener Dog (drawn by Dale Taylor) http://nimby.net
