- General Stuff:
- First and foremost, my rodents go only to good homes!
I have the right to refuse for any reason to give/sell you one of my guys.
Not that I'm too horribly picky; but you must have the resources to care
properly for rodents, including being knowledgable in their care, and have
enough dedication to do so. Very obviously, snake owners need not
apply! My rodents won't be sold as feeders under any circumstances.
But really, I'm always grateful to find good homes that are willing to
care properly for some of my rodents!
- Pricing? Well, I don't "charge" so much as
I ask for "donations"... And it's optional, at that. Basically, if
I think you're a good home for one of my guys, they're free; but an extra
couple bucks is very helpful and very appreciated, and goes towards the
housing, feeding, and care of the critters.
- We're
in Ann Arbor, Michigan; that's southeast MI, about an hour south of Detroit
and an hour north of Toledo OH. If you're in the area but a ways
away and don't want to make the entire drive, we're usually willing to
drive to meet, within a reasonable distance. We have family on the
west side of the state (Kalamazoo area), so if you're in that area let
me know; we may have a trip over there planned. We're also usually
willing to meet in/around Toledo, because here again we sometimes plan
trips down there; for bird fairs, trips to the Toledo Zoo, to see old friends
(I lived there for 4 yrs), and so on.
- I'm not sure if I can ship or not. I'm being
shipped two gerbils via USPS, and this is probably possible for rats and
mice as well; however, I need to look more closely into it. It would
cost about $25-$30, probably.
- "Us" consists mostly of me, but also of Julia, and
just a bit of Jes who doesn't really breed her rats but does have some
