I'm glad that you have joined me to learn a little more about Paganism and Wicca. I hope you explore my site and others with an open mind and free from judgement...
Many know 'Avalon' from the legends of King Arthur and Camelot as the mystical and magickal island that drifted away into the mists. Some say that the Isle of Avalon drifted off into the land of fae, but many believed that it never existed at all. From what I have learned, the land was once a place where the men and women of Avalon were free to celebrate the Gods and practice the things they believed in until they were forced to enclose themselves in a viel of mists. They had no choice but to do so when others began to threaten their beliefs, their way of life, and their very existence. It is believed that Witchcraft is one of the oldest religions of the world, so it's history begins in a time long before the pyramids of Egypt. At one point in history, Witchcraft seemed to drift off into the mists and was almost lost, but it is now known as one of the fastest growing religons of the world. I wonder why?? Anyway, the passion that drives my faith resides in the history and the legends of this magickal Isle. So, it is those secrets that I would love to share with you...
