Well well! This is the *ahem* 'much awaited' page about romance, more particularly romantic novels! There is one site that everyone romance reader worth her (or his!) novels must go to; it is The Romance Reader! It's a fabulous site where you can get reviews about the latest release from all your favourite authors, among other stuffs like interviews with authors, freebies available etc. I go there to look for the latest recommended novels to keep my reading list up-to-date. *Sigh* If I showed half as much enthusiasm for reading my textbooks, I'm sure I'd have more 'A's on my uni transcripts hehehe :Þ

Sometimes you can go check out the amazon.com or other similar online booksellers; they too have some great reviews for you to browse through. I think amazon.com even tells you the other similar books from other authors when you are looking at certain novel. I drop by alt.bookstore too :)

My personal favourite authors are Judith McNaught and Julie Garwood, among many others. Linda Howard and Susan Elizabeth Phillips are added to my list not too long ago too *grin* I started reading my very frist romance when I was 13; I was at the bargain corner of a bookstore and picked up a romance. The plot seemed pretty rivetting, and I thought why not give it a try. And voila, the rest is history, if you don't mind the cliche ;) My affair (pardon the pun heheh!) with romance novels has since made me love all things romantic, as well as develop a love for reading. I was never like my friends who were avid readers since young. I never read all the Nancy Drew or Enid Blyton books; one can say I'm a 'late starter' hehe :)
