The Armory
Upon entering the room you find yourself astounded by the many different weapons adorning the walls - knives, swords, bows, and many weapons you are unfamiliar with. Books line the south wall, and above them is a sign that reads, "Weapon Library."
Swords
A row of swords held in upright wooden stands lines the northern wall. The styles of swords are diverse, as are the sizes. Some are up to six feet long, and some are only two feet long. Some are made of iron, gold, and even wood. All are well cared for, no tarnish or stains. Most handles are decorated by embedded gems, some are decorated by ornate engravings. One sword, displayed on a shelf on the wall, is unlike any of the others. It is made of silver, and has a dark blue circular saphire adorning its hilt. Below it is a bronze plaque. The plaque reads:
The sword of Lady Poca. Presented to her by the mage, Rolan. Let us pray it never sees battle.
Knunchucks
Along the eastern wall there are rows upon rows of hooks. From these hooks dangle odd looking weapons. Two wooden or metal handles are held together with chain or rope. They look like a simple toy, nothing to be in an armory, but then again, whipping metal or wood can cause quite a sting...
Staves
Along the western wall stand wooden sticks. Some are carved with intricate designs while others are quite simplistic. Some are as tall as six and a half feet, while others are between four and five feet. Some sit in racks while others merely lean against the wall. For the most part, they look like an ordinary walking sticks. But you wonder, in the right hands, could they be deadly?
