On December 23, 1999, I crashed my beautiful car into the median barrier on the freeway to Zurich. This resulted in severe damage especially at the front end of the car. The front bumper was completely twisted. Because the car performed another 180° turn after hitting the barrier, the rear end of the vehicle crashed into the barrier as well. Although the engine still was working, the damage, especially to the front section, was so severe that the remains of the vehicle was not worth being restored.
