My quote is "Keep kicking ass with your Pontiac" Here's a quote for ya'll " Pontiacs will keep kicking ass!!" Well, I'm a member of the Trans Am Club of Houston (T.A.C.H.) I have a 1999 Firebird Formula with Trans Am package. 335 HP est. but I run 12s, so i know i have more than that. Yes, i have mods on it. I have a Flowmaster "series 80" Muffler, a Granatelli Motor Sports 81mm MAF, and a K&N filter. All on a 5.7 L LS1 V-8, AMERICAN HORSE POWER!!!! Oh yeah, bye that way, i wouldn't get the 30th anniv. Trans Am I have that bought one and he sold it right away. Why? Because the leater seats are poorly made and are cheap looking, the exhaust is quite, and the engine is only 346 c.i.d. It may have 320 HP, but it doesn't feel like it. You can get it if you want. I thought you'd like to know from one Pontiac Fan to another. Great Page, Bye. Philip ( FIREBIRD_RACING_MAN ) |

All it takes is a little (alot) of effort put in the right area. I have a small marketing business that is expanding to the internet in Sept earnings are only limited by my ability to dream and put forth the effort. You just need to find an avenue that will work for you. About the car it is absolutly the sexist car I have ever driven. It is fun to just look at and to be seen in the tint of the blue mags just winks at you. The six speed shifts with no effort bang bang bang bang bang bang. Website: Referred by: Just Surfed On In From: Houston, Texas Time: 1999-05-11 15:01:00 Comments: My name is Mike but everybody calls me Gonzo. I and my 21 year old son Steven, own a 1968 Firebird with a 455 cu inch engine, 795 cfm edlebrock rochester carb, 4 speed muncie, and a 355 rear end gears. We also have a 1967 all original GTO with a 366 hp 400 endine and 400 tranny. We want to put the 455 in a 65 Lemans that we are getting, but we need a 428 cu inch engine to put in the Firebird. I know that there are a lot of 428s out there but my son and I just don't have the money to buy them at the price that they go for. Anyone out there with a kind heart, willing to do some trading for a 428? We have '67 GTO fenders and doors, a Firebird hood (w/the original overhead cam lettering), a '70 GTO 400 cu inch engine, tranny, and rear end and lots more. If you are interested, call me at (361) 776-7120 or e-mail me at MGonz78362@aol. Gonzo sehds. |

I am excited about accessing all the Chevy-beating tips and info, as well as offering up a few of my own... I am into the '59 - '64 big cars most of all, but I enthusiastically support the preservation and OPERATION of all Pontiacs. Something that I try to impart on the "trailer-me" people out there... When time permits, a couple of buddies of mine and I will be doing a web page. For now I am trying to get some things done on my '62 Bonneville and '62 Grand Prix... |

I purchased it for 900 bucks, it was sitting in thes kids yard with mud and sap all over it sap all over it, less the trans. I put a coat of wax on it and when I took a closer look i foud out it had been repainted and boy what a difference wax can do to some dirty paint. I went to a local junkyard and for 64 duckets I got vynal seats for it,new carpet out of jegs catalog. I bought a 4speed t/10 out of a mid 70's corvette for 400 duckets went to a junkyard and got all of the linkage for a 5 speed, including the z bar. its a small project to put the tranney in but I'm shure she will kick ass,she is tpi injected. Thanks. |

Website: FireClaw's Firebird & Trans Am Source Page Referred by: Viewing another Guestbook From: CT Time: 1998-08-22 22:08:00 Comments: Wow, I just logged onto your page and I have to say it is awesome..I love Firebirds & Trans Ams...since I was at least 6...I want to congratulate you on a great site. I am working on my own site and was hoping to sign onto your pontiac webring.I was trying to email you because I don't know how to link pictures to my site and so I am having a problem. I found your homepage and I was so surprised to find out you were female...It seems like everywhere I go, I can't find anyone who takes me seriously..I am very into my car and I have had people tell me the stupidest things because I am female. When I go to junkyards looking for parts or call up for prices, people treat me like I know nothing and tell me to have my boyfriend or father call. You have given me new inspiration. My site was originally intended so that people like me--girls who have been treated like they are ignorant of cars, or anyone having a hard time, can find all the info they need in one place. Anyone trying to look up firebird or transam in the searchengines knows that you get dealers to garbage, with a few good pages in between. I hope to correct this...When I stumbled onto your webpage/webring..I was shocked...It is such a great idea..especially for people that are getting no help with their searches for info, cars, etc. Please email me back if you care to...and if you can guide me in how to get pontiac.gif onto my page, it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou. -=FireClaw=- FireClaw77@aol.com |

Website: Sandmans Home Page Referred by: Just Surfed On In! From: Odessa, New York. Near Watkins Glen where the Bud at the Glen NASCAR Race is held. Time: 1997-12-09 02:55:00 Comments: Great page. I'm in the process of rebuilding my page with frames. I agree with your statement about true Pontiacs of the past. They were first in many areas of production and engine designs. One that comes to mind is Pontiac engines used reversed flow water pumps, which Chevrolet has incorprated in its ( according to the article I read) corvette engines. I have hopes of changing the small block in my car to a big block Pontiac 400 (1970) I've aquired. It's got good heads (#48 castings) aluminum intake, headers, Accel HEI, Holley four barrel. Time is the problem for the change over right now, but is in the future. |
