"How can I buy a Twingo in United Kingdom ?" :
As far as I know, Renault isn't planning to import Twingo in UK, probably because of the additional cost of converting them to right hand drive. There are however some parallel importers who sell new and used Twingo in UK, and even one who convert Twingo in right hand drive ! Click HERE to see their addresses.

"How can I buy a Twingo in USA ?" :
To my knowledge, there is no way of getting a Twingo in the States. At this time, I have not heard of anyone going through the hassle of importing Twingo to the US. They are however sold in several countries in South America.
