Jennifer had a burden, not only for the Haitian
People, but also for her friends and loved ones
here. She was very concerned about the spiritual
state of some of you. Jennifer's words were, "I
can't stand the thought of them dying and going to
Hell." She also said, "I would be willing to die
if that's what it would take to get them saved or
right with God." I woke up the other night out of a restless sleep and picked up the pen and paper that is always by my bed. I don't remember writing the following words, but when I read them the next day, I truly believe that Jennifer had visited me in the night.
I’m sorry I left without saying good-bye
I have shared all my "Jennifer Poetry" with many people in the hopes that it would comfort/encourage them and glorify God. My husbands aunt enjoyed all of the poems as I shared them with her. When her husband died suddenly in August 2001, she requested that this poem ("Answers") be read at his funeral. My brother-in-law read it and quite a few people came to know Jesus as a result.
