Possible solutions
to this problem may be found in two different locations:
-
Click Format/Tree Format
There are several options on this dialog which control the formatting:
-
Indent each generation
-
Specify the amount of indention in inches. If your report includes many
generations, the text for the higher numbered ones is "scrunched" way over
to the right. Specify a smaller number for the indention of each generation
— or even zero — to relieve this problem.
-
Maximum height
-
This controls the maximum number of lines in the report permitted for each
individual. The default is "1". Set this to a higher number to allow wrapping
of long lines.
-
Always one page wide
-
Unchecking this allows your report to "span" pages horizontally. Useful
for display, but less so for most printers.
-
Click File/Print Setup
Specifying Landscape aspect will allow more width for each line.
Each page will print "sideways" – rotated 90°.
