Some actions may be invoked by more than one different key combination. They are listed in the left column on separate lines in the same row.

I generally press the CA or CAS keys all together with my left hand, and the remaining key with my right hand.
Key
CA: CTL+ALT
CAS: CTL+ALT+SHIFT

Compact file will also reset all Individual and Marriege Automatic Reference Numbers.
