Bears in the Night
by Stan and Jan Berenstain
The Bears in the Night by Stan and Jan Berenstain is a Lake
County Public Library Recommended Book for Kindergarten through
Third Grade. This is an easy reader for beginning readers.
Brother and Sister Bear hear a strange squeaky noise and go out
in the night to try to figure out what is making the noise. Their
adventure is simple for toddlers to understand and the words are
easy enough for beginning readers to read by themselves.
Rating:
Kirsten and I have had Berenstain Bear stories read to us since we
were little babies. Kirsten gets really excited when she can read
and if it is a Berenstain Bear book, she is really proud of herself.
