MISSION and AIMS STATEMENT
To create an enjoyable and friendly competitive environment for children aged sixteen and under, giving them the opportunity to meet on a regular basis in which to play football in co-operation with others, whilst maintaining an understanding of sportsmanlike competition: competition that will be used to “enhance” and “develop” personal performance. First and foremost, the Club’s primary focus will be to nurture the prospect of “fun” and “enjoyment” back into Club football.
Emphasis will be on the development of the children’s sense of personal worth and achievement.
To create an environment in which children can feel valued members of a Club society which enjoys the support of Committee members. A Club that will invest in children’s character building activities, such as arranging Club trips to places of interest.
To try to develop the players’ ability to compete at an appropriate level.
