Once data is cleaned we load it into a Custodian Database. Custodian is a proprietary program widely used for One Name Studies and is based on Microsoft Access.  Normally we first load the data into an Excel Spreadsheet before transferring the data to Custodian.

England & Wales BDM Indexes

Births 1837 to 2006 (8,493 entries); Marriages 1837 to 2005 (6,080 entries) ; Deaths 1837 to 2006 (5,595 entries).  Included are a number of overseas BDM’s.

Certificates
English Birth Certificates (81 entries); English Marriage Certificates (333 entries):  English Death Certificates (53 entries). Australian - 3 birth, 4 marriage  and 3 death certificate.

National Burial Index (1,099 entries)

Parish Registers
Baptisms (850  entries), Marriages (372 entries), Burials (375 entries).

Census – Pre 1841(41 entries),  (1841 (268 entries), 1851  (306 entries), 1861  (289 entries), 1871  (316 entries), 1881  (1,703 entries), 1891  (2,150 entries), 1901 (325 entries).  Index of 1911 with 2,223 entries)

Other information
Adoptions, VRI Births, Baptism and Marriages, Soldiers died in Great War, Herts Kelly Directory 1882 & 1886, London 1851 & 1856 PO Commercial Directory, Electoral Roll 2002/3/4, Newspapers (505 entries mainly The Times and Royston Crow), Photographs 41 entries), Court Records, Probate Records (1,163 entries).
