Stop a judge telling the jury what verdict to give

It is unlawful for a judge to tell/order/direct/instruct .. a jury in any way .. what verdict to give, but very few people seem to know this

The jury gives a verdict on the evidence they hear - That is why we have a jury - and not a biased judge.

When will English law allow a jury to give a verdict on the evidence in court and not have to give a verdict that the judge or coroner instructs them to give.

When the jury know that the judge can only advise them and NOT order them to give a verdict the Coroner or Judge wants

41 People 'SHOT' by police in the last 10 years (1991 - 2001)

In the last 10 years, police officers in England and Wales have shot no less than 41 people

Not one victim was carrying a firearm ---- At least 15 of the victims died.

Not one of the police officers who fired those shots has been convicted of any criminal offence.

When the DPP is corrupt and protects the police from prosecution ... there is no chance of justice for families of people killed by police

In July 1997 the then DPP, Dame Barbara Mills QC, suffered acute embarrassment in the High Court when unable to justify her refusal to prosecute police officers in 3 separate cases (Lapite, O’Brien and Treadaway).
Within days the government established an independent inquiry under His Honour Judge Butler QC to examine the quality and process of decision-making within the CPS in relation to deaths in police custody, and interim safeguards were put in place anticipating the outcome of that inquiry requiring the DPP to consult treasury counsel on every such case and to consult the Attorney General and Solicitor General if she wished to depart the advice of treasury counsel.
Dame Barbara Mills QC resigned in May 1998, following the delivery of the Butler Inquiry report in February 1998, but ahead of its publication and the acceptance of its recommendations by the present DPP in August 1999.

Judge Gerald Butler QC said nobody at the CPS - including the former director of public prosecutions, Dame Barbara Mills - wanted to take responsibility for the decision not to prosecute police officers in two high profile investigations. He said he would have taken "a less pessimistic" view of the prospects of securing convictions in the cases of Mr O'Brien and Mr Lapite, and warned that the CPS must prosecute officers when there was a case to answer.

Despite CPS claims her decision to retire is not related to the report, or that she was leant on by ministers, it is clear she had to go.

(This confirms if ever it was needed, the CPS is never truthful about anything. It must be replaced by a more honest honorable agency for English law.)

Her announcement came just weeks before publication of the Glidewell Report, which attacked the service's record on efficiency and effectiveness.

Lord Justice Rose accused the CPS of taking a "flawed approach" in its decision not to prosecute four former members of the West Midlands Serious Crime Squad.
Lord Justice Rose and Mr Justice Jowitt quashed the DPP Dame B Mills decision and invited her to reconsider whether all or any of the police officers should be prosecuted.

Now you know why the police are responsible for so many deaths in custody -
They know they will not be charged and convicted
With the CPS as always to this day. NOT pressing charges and as always saying
'There is no evidence to charge any police officer.'

No policeman must ever be convicted for the death of a man or women in police custody

Police and the CPS rule of law is .....Deny - Deny - Deny there is any evidence<

To charge a police officer for murder, gross negligence, or in any way responsible for a death in police custody.

Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) Attacked by Bob Elder for telling the truth

Tuesday May 16, 2006 Mr Bob Elder, the chairman of the constables' branch of the Police Federation of England and Wales, which represents around 139,000 officers.

Attacked the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC)

Mr Bob Elder, chairman of the Constables' Central Committee, said that the (IPCC) promise to be fair and search for the truth had proved to be ‘a load of tosh’. (It's hard to get the truth when police officers refuse to answer 150 questions)
Mr B Elder dubbed the organization the ‘Institutionally Perverse Complaints Commission ’because of the way it has treated complaints against officers. He told delegates at the Police Federation’s annual Conference in Bournemouth last month that ‘the last year has been anything but a disclosure of independence’. (Why don't you call the (CPS) The Constables Protection Service?)
Mr B Elder said that officers had been accused of making fatal mistakes and unwitting racism ’without any proper evidence. (In the case of Mr C Alder who was just left on the floor of a police station to die) (Mr C Alder's family agree with you it was not 'Unwitting' racism)
He also criticized the amount of time taken to carry out investigations, such as the case involving Ch Insp Neil Sharman and PC Kevin Fagan, who were under investigation for more than six years following the fatal shooting of Harry Stanley. (That I will agree with Bob Elder it should have taken no more than a few weeks to disprove the lies the police had given to the enquiry)

I have searched your other reports and find none that attack the police for up to hundreds of deaths of innocent people killed in custody every year by police thugs.

None of your reports attack the old Police Complaints Authority (PCA) and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) or as many call the (CPS) the 'Constables Protection Society.

No doubt you want to go back to the Police complaints authority (PCA) WHO WERE A SICK JOKE FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE .... that are condemned by the world media including Amnesty International

The Strasbourg-based committee claims there are "serious questions" about the independence and impartiality of the procedures used to process complaints about police misconduct.

You should attack Sir Ian Blair who broadcasted in the television news 'False' statements about Mr J C de Menezes saying he was challenged and refused to stop. (There was NO challenge he was sitting down on a train long before the police stormed onto the train and shot him 7 times in the head for NO REASON AT ALL.)

You should attack Police thugs that shoot and kill innocent people every year.

You should attack Police that destroy evidence.

With your ranting against the IPCC it shows that Everyone connected with the police, issue statements to deflect attention away from OUT OF CONTROL police killing innocent people.
