Singer 99 with kneebar 1940 ( I think it's called a kneebar anyway). Worked ok until I got abit heavy with the speed control, bang! flash! puff of smoke bits of suppressor flying through the air. I learnt my lesson from that. Now waiting for a friendly electrician to look at it for me, with no service manual available I think it might be a good idea. As you can see it has been standing in a garage for a few years and the damp has lifted the veneer off of the base but it's still a lovely piece of machinery.
