Cancellation Policy and Client Responsibility

Before we begin, I would like you to be familiar with the following policies and procedures. If you have any questions, please phone or email me.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of an appointment. Clients who miss a session or do not give sufficient notice of cancellation will be charged for the session. Outstanding fees for missed sessions must be paid in full before rebooking. This policy will be waived only in the case of a sudden illness or emergency.
Please be on time for your appointment. We will end the session on time, no matter when you arrive. If you are more than 20 minutes late, I may cancel and charge for the session because it is difficult to do productive work in 35 minutes or less.
Payment is due on the day of each session and must be made in cash.
