FAN CREATIVITYUntitledUntitled (Rick & Karen Fic) Harvest Moon: SNES-style Icons Rick paused to catch his breath while his best friend made her way through the maze of weeds and twigs that covered the path they had walked on as kids. Everything she did was so graceful...almost like a dance. For a moment he stood their and watched the way her leg muscles flexed, her hips swayed, and her bosoms bounced with every step... A blush creeped across his cheeks when he realized where his thoughts were leading and he looked away, slightly ashamed of himself. Karen was his best friend. He owed her more than an undressing with his eyes...even if she did have a nice... "Rick!" Pushing the thoughts aside, Rick looked up and saw a smirking Karen standing on the edge of a clearing. "Can't catch me!" She called. Rick smiled a took off running. *** Karen stopped when she reached the clearing they had played in as children. There in the distance stood the apple tree Rick and she had planted many years ago. The lovely little sprout had grown taller than herself. She smiled and turned back towards her friend and called his name to get attention. "Can't catch me!" She challenged, then gave him a few moments to catch up before running out into the field. Soon she felt two arms wrap around her waist and feet tangling with her own, causing both she and her captor to fall to the ground in a heap of giggles. After catching her breath she squirmed around to face the young man who had her pinned down. "Well, I caught you." he grinned. Unable to control herself, she busted out into another fit of giggles and didn't stop until her breath caught in her throat. His grin had faded and his lips parted slightly as he leaned forward towards her. 'He's gonna kiss me' she realized and gasped in surprise as his lips met hers for the first time. Soon after, Rick pulled away and blushed before rolling off of her. "Sorry...I didn't mean to...you know...make you uncomfortable..." he said softly. Unsure of what to say, Karen simply nodded and looked for a way to break the awkward silence. "Want to go swimming in the stream, just like old times?" she finally asked. "But I didn't bring my swim suit...." "That's OK...neither did I..." |
