Visual description by: Shazam (Suzanne).

[Exterior, day. Fit woman (PRISCILLA WELCH) jogging up a very steep urban street in the morning. She is coming toward the camera, very focused on the run. Music accompanies.]

[Close-up of her as she continues running. She narrates from off camera. Briefly during it, the following text is superimposed over the shot: "Priscilla Welch./Winner, New York Marathon/at age 42."]

PRISCILLA WELCH
A few years ago, I would have had trouble walking up this hill. I smoked, I drank, I was fat, and I hadn't done a lick of exercise in my life.

[Medium shot of her jogging on over the crest of the hill, a silhouette on the orange sky. Telephone poles and wires are also silhouettes.]

So I started jogging. Who says you can't run away from your problems?

[Dark brown screen: white text superimposed in center says, "Just do it."]

[Black screen with white Sneakers logo in center.]
