September 3

Tom walks in on Hal embracing Margo at the station following a warm moment. She marvels at his lack of jealousy and jokes that maybe he is taking her for granted. He promises that is not the case. Tom and Margo head for Bob and Kim's to await news of the baby's birth. Margo worries about Craig. She tries to dodge Lisa, but does listen as Lisa hands her a claims stub for a pair of shoes Lucinda took in to be repaired the day after Channing's murder. Hal brings Margo news of Craig's arrest for breaking his parole.

September 4

September 5

September 8

Margo must arrest Craig for Channing's murder, but she continues to incestigate and search for other suspects. Lisa offers her help yet again. Tom counsels Craig.

September 9

Margo continues her investigation, questioning Lucinda, Iva, and Holden. She gets the forensics report back on the murder weapon. While it doesn't clear Craig, it provides some additional suspects.

September 10

No information currently available, but Tom and Margo must drop by Hal's before heading to the Stewart cabin to meet Chris. Margo wipes some of Denise's lipstick off Hal's face, then sends it to the police lab for analysis.

September 11

Tom and Margo meet his new baby brother at the Stewart cabin. Lisa wants to know the latest. Margo gets bad news about Craig. Tom and Margo share a romantic moment in front of the fireplace. Lisa overhears them talking about what Barbara did to them.

September 12

Lisa confronts Barbara about what she overheard, but has to go to Margo for the full story. Hal's angry with Margo. Margo tells Tom to stop his mom. The frame-up of Craig continues.

September 15

Emma tells Margo that she saw Tonio and Barbara in a passionalte embrace at the construction site the night Channing was murdered. When requestioned. Tonio confirms her story, but continues to deny involvement in the murder. Brian tells Hal and Margo that Raspy called with another threat. Margo tells Tom she wants to remove most of her investment from Craig's new company. Upon rereading the various transcripts, Margo notices a discrepancy in Barbara's statements and realizes she must have been in Tad's hotel suite before Craig and Tonio arrived.

September 16

Margo follows up on a lead that could clear Craig, while Lisa brings another clue. Tom is not on.

September 17

Margo has bad news about Craig for Lyla. Lisa wants to tell Bob and Kim about Barbara's lies. Tom plays defense lawyer to Margo's cop. Tom and Margo are relieved when Lisa changes her mind about telling.

September 18

Margo visits Craig in jail. Tom also visits Craig and tells him that things are only looking worse for him.

Margo thinks the numbers found in Channing's briefcase look like catalog numbers. Lisa comes to the station to tell the cops about Tonio and Barbara's affair and is surprised to hear they already know about it. Elsewhere in Oakdale, Sierra thinks she is pregnant.

September 25

Margo continues to monitor the situation in Vegas (Shannon's kidnapping). Tom tells Bob, Kim, and Lisa that he has been approached to run as an independent candidate fot DA. His family encourages him--Margo most of all. Margo learns that Craig has been transferred from the prison annex to the main facility because of a small fire. Tom rushes to the DA's office to rectify the situation immediately.

September 26

Iva tells Margo about her arrest in LA on morals charges. Denise slips in front of Margo that she is staying with Hal, but Margo approves of the budding relationship. She comments that Hal's not such a pain around the station anymore. Tom tells Margo that Craig will be moved back to annex in the morning. Tom still hasn't decided whether to run for DA. Tom and Margo have a check up with Dr. Samuels who says the baby is fine. She also requests that Margo, because of her past miscarriage, pamper herself during the pregnancy and suggests a long maternity leave.

September 29

Margo delays her visit to Craig to hear Tonio's latest information. She wonders why Tonio is so eager to bpin the blame on someone else. Another prisoner IDs Craig as the brother of a cop and thinks he is there as a plant. When he is returned to the annex, they are even more convinced and make plans to exact a toll. They tell him about plans for the Falcon to deliver drugs to the prison that night. When Margo comes for a visit, Craig passes along the information to her. Despite her asking, he won't tell her who he's protecting.
