service, or under our Obedience, to recognize

Captain as our own, and to recognize his 
orders and provide him with all possible as-
sistance in carrying out his orders, because
we have ordered it in order to maintain the
service and welfare of the Shipping and Com-
merce of our Provinces: Issued at The Hague,
