| Eudial contacted the
professor and told him she had found a strange thing
while trying to crack the data on the Sacred Cup. It was
the shadowy outline of a person. The professor said it
represented the person who had the ability to control the
Cup. The professor explained that if the cup was
controlled by one of their allies, they could create a
world of evil. The professor imagined a dark red light
engulfing the world. On the other hand, if it were
controlled by their enemies (a woman with butterfly-like
wings was shown), his plan would be ruined. The professor
was so excited, he crushed the case of the telephone
receiver. Eudial asked how she would find the person who
could control the Sacred Cup but the professor told her
to worry about finding the Cup first. Eudial remarked
that the cost of fixing the telephone would be deducted
from the professor's pay. The professor said he would
make the Sailor Senshi pay...

Serena was working on a math problem
and Lita was timing her. Serena finished in 23 minutes,
which was a new record for her. Serena was really happy,
but then Amy said she had gotten the answer wrong. Serena
started crying and wailing that the hardship of studying
and exam-taking was too much.

"Stop whining!" snapped
Raye, "What kind of hardship is that? Don't you
remember how it felt when your pure heart was taken by
the daimon?"
"That's right," said Amy, "compared to
that, writing exams is fun!" The girls started
talking about how it felt when the daimons stole their
hearts, but Mina just sat silently. |

Mina was sitting alone in a park.
"What's wrong?" asked Artemis.
"Why haven't I ever been attacked by the
enemies?" asked Mina, "Except for me, all of us
were targeted for our pure hearts."
"You're not pure?" wondered Artemis. |
Mina gave Artemis a fearsome glare!
"Ah, hah, that's impossible of course,"
stammered Artemis. Mina sighed. "Maybe they think I
lack enthusiasm since I quit my favourite sport." |

| Mina went to the gym and practiced
volleyball, doing lots of hard smashes. When she finally
paused for breath, she noticed that Serena had wandered
in and gotten hit and knocked out by one of Mina's
volleyballs! |
Serena quickly recovered. Serena said
she was worried that Mina might be upset about being the
only one who hadn't been targetted for a pure heart. Luna
and Artemis peeped out from behind Serena. Mina denied it
and started laughing hysterically. |

| Mina and Serena went to the arcade
and Mina started playing the UFO catcher game (where you
manipulate a mechanical arm and try to pick up stuffed
toys). Serena asked Mina if she was sure she felt okay
about everything. Mina said she did. Luna said that
Artemis worried too much. "Yeah," agreed
Serena, "Mina's not the type to..." Mina was
staring off into space. "What part of me isn't
pure?" growled Mina, "They can't be very smart
enemies if they can't even see how pure I am..." |
"You're not thinking of LETTING
them attack you?" asked Luna. Mina looked surprised.
Serena freaked out and started shaking Mina like crazy
"No, no, no, don't do that, never do that... What
would you do if they took your pure heart?"
Mina said she would take it back herself! Serena freaked
out some more.Serena shook Mina against the
game machine and Mina's hand was hitting all the buttons.
The girls looked up and saw that Mina had won a huge
bundle of good luck charm dolls from the game!
