"I think that's why he always wanted to work with the same people, so that after the first film they pretty well knew what he wanted. We always had a long meeting a couple of months before shooting started, and we would go away from Stockholm for a couple of days, all the main people and read through the scripts. They were wonderful meetings, they went on late into the night and this was the beginning of the preparation. This was one or two months before shooting. So we didn't have to have big discussions during shooting."
