I remember well the day that Shari first contacted me via AOL instant messenger. I had only had a computer for a couple of months. I was thrilled that someone all the way up in Alaska would want to talk to me , so I answered immediatly. We must have talked for hours because my fingers got tired of typing and my eyes were beginning to cross, not to mention the fact that it got very late and I had to go to work the next day. But I didn't mind because she was such a neat person to talk to. It seemed like we had known each other forever but never made contact here in this world before. It was like rediscovering a long lost soul mate. Both of us were pretty dumb about computers and over time we learned about them together. Shari is the one that got me started making my own web site, she said she thought I would be good at it. I put it off for a long time, but finally did it and discovered that I love making graphics and building web sites. Shari is the best thing that has happened to me since getting my computer, and I thank God for her wonderful friendship. |

I met Ruth on the internet. I had my computer for about a month and I installed AOL instant messenger so I could meet and talk to people. One day I clicked on find a buddy to see if I could find a friend with similar interests. I found a few but I liked Ruth's profile. It Appeared that we had a lot in common. And Viola! she was online so I sent her an instant message. She came right back to me and we talked for quite awhile. We not only had the same interests, but we were so much alike it was uncanny. Ruth said that we must have known each other in another life. We just hit it off so well. That was a year and a half ago and we are the bestest cyber friends. We talk almost everyday and never seem to run out of things to say or do. She is a class A lady and I love her a lot. She is so very talented and can do so many things. Just look around this site and see for yourself! I finally got to meet this wonderful lady on a trip we took this past winter and though we are 3000 miles apart, I will be visiting her again and again. 3000 miles apart, but very close to my heart! |

We believe that somewhere, sometime, we must have been sisters in Gods' family of Angels. |

From Shari To Ruth |
I haven't known you very long A month or so at best But I can tell as friendships go You're far above the rest
You're thoughtful, kind, friendly and sure Of this I have no doubt I appreciate your helpful ways For this is what you're about
You say we met before somehow Perhaps in another life I also think that this is true Because we are so alike
But whatever the reason, sage or rhyme It's karma or fate, the saying goes I'm glad for it and glad for you So I'm sending this red, red rose
A poem by Shari, for a good friend, Ruth |

My Cherished Friend |
Friendship is cherished deep in my heart And you have a special place there Right in the center, the very core Where only emptiness filled it before
God had His reasons for sending me you He knew that I was in need So he gave me an angel all my own And, oh, how precious our friendship has grown
I thank Him each morning, noon and night For sending this wonderful gift I will cherish her always and ever more 'Till time ceases to be and closes it's door

MY WISH FOR YOU
Angels on your pillow Butterflies in your dreams Flowers in your garden Beauty in the extreme
Moonlight sprinkled here and there And starlight for your eyes Heartlight fills your whispered prayer 'Till sinlight comes and nighttime dies
Morning brings the sunlight fair With gladness in your heart For you've awakened from you lair With a great new day to start
It's been sent by angels from above So keep it special, child of mine With kindness, caring, laughter and love Enough to last for all of time
