Representing Innkeepers with TripAdvisor
While TripAdvisor brings many positives to you as an innkeeper, some of the operations and policies of the site have flaws that can cause significant financial hardship to your business. This is the message innkeepers all across the country have been letting PAII know loud and clear. But what can YOU do as an individual innkeeper to address this most critical area?
The real question should be, "What can WE do as a collective team of innkeepers to address this critical area?"
The "WE" is PAII, the only coast to coast association that represents YOUR unique needs as an innkeeper. And we are taking ACTION on this issue for you:
PAII President & CEO Jay Karen has been tirelessly meeting and negotiating with the management team of TripAdvisor advocating for you.
We successfully got TripAdvisor to recognize and agree that changes to their site should be made that impact innkeepers.
We're pressing for changes with conflict resolution, review policies and management response policies.
We encourage you to read the results of Jay's recent visit with TripAdvisor and their top decision makers at www.innkeepingblog.com.
How you can ensure your voice continues to be heard.
By joining PAII today and becoming part of the growing, collective team of innkeepers that serves you day in and day out, always looking out for your interests and always being there for you when "hot button" issues like this arrive.

Do this and you'll greatly help PAII grow its collective voice while giving you an ample period of time to see what being a PAII member is all about first-hand.

The Stash Tea Company
Is a privately-held company headquartered in Tigard, Oregon, a suburb of Portland. Founded in 1972, Stash Tea originally operated out of an old Portland Victorian-style house, supplying loose herbal teas and bulk herbs to natural food stores. Starting in 1975, the company broadened its focus to include bagged teas and then began to sell a full line of traditional, specialty blend and herbal teas directly to fine restaurants and through a mail order catalog to consumers. Today, Stash Tea is enjoying steady growth and has become one of the largest specialty tea companies in the United States, with products available through foodservice, grocery stores, tea and coffee shops, club stores, mass merchandisers, natural foods stores, mail order and the Internet. Stash Tea is also available in Canada and in several foreign countries.
